AusPost Update: AusPost is still delivering, but due to the high volume, please expect a significant delivery delay, including delivery of Express Post Articles. Rest assured, Australia Post is doing everything possible to keep delivering.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via AusPost within 1-2 business days.

Orders shipped through Australia Post have an estimated delivery of 2-4 business days. Express Post have an estimated delivery of 1-2 business days.*

All orders under $80 have a flat rate postage fee of $9.95. Express Post is also available with a rate of $14.95 which can be selected on checkout.

Orders above $120 include Express Shipping.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be edited or altered, so is your personal information. Please ensure that you place the correct name and shipping address as we will not be held liable for any undelivered or lost parcels.

Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. Please contact us at hello@izzaandco.com within 48 hours of receiving your gift box, you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, including photos of the damaged goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
