How can I pay?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (see terms via https://www.afterpay.com.au). All items are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Do you ship Internationally?
At this stage, we are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand. We are currently trialling all New Zealand shipping with AusPost. Shipping rates to New Zealand are based on the current AusPost International Delivery rates.
How do I track my gift box?
An email is sent to you once your order is shipped including an AusPost tracking number or click here.
What if I need my gift box urgently?
We now offer Express Post! A rate of $14.95 for an Express Post can be selected from our shipping options on checkout.
Do you offer a local pick-up?
Yes, we do! Get in touch with us before placing your order so we can organise a local pick-up for you.
Can we place an order without the gift packaging - just the products?
Yes, you sure can! We pack orders in our mailing box if no gift box is selected.
Can I order multiple gift boxes to be sent in different addresses?
Yes, you can! Send us an email at email@example.com and we'll help you through the ordering process.
What if I don't select a gift box/packaging?
We will package your items on our shipping box with tissue paper. There will be no ribbon and gift tag.

Payment Security & Website Security
All card payments are processed through ShopifyPayments and PayPal. Our website is powered by Shopify - it uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which ensures that all data between a web server and a browser remains encrypted.
